Going For Gold concert

The John Caldwell Senior Concert band held their Going For Gold concert for family members and music lovers on Sunday. The 36 band members, along with 17 chaperones, will leave for New York City early Thursday morning to participate in the Heritage Music Festival, competing against high school bands from all over Canada and the United States. Director Cyndy Toner said the senior band members have practiced very hard to prepare for the trip and should be competitive at the festival. The band will return to Grand Falls on Sunday.
