We go hand in hand: The Tobique Lions Club annual walkathon was held at Donald Fraser Memorial School on Tuesday, May 6. The club splits funds raised 50-50 with the school and DFMS will use its portion to support its breakfast program. Lion Howard Aiton walked with Madison Ashworth, left, and Shyla Dyer during the event. The Lions held its public walkathon on May 3 although other participating groups have chosen alternate dates to do their walking. Funds raised should be tallied by the end of the month and Lions will use the proceeds for scholarships presented annually at Tobique Valley High School.
