Championship team: The Fredericton Canadiens team, and their coaching and support staff, celebrated their victory over Moncton to clinch the AAA midget championship. Tobique First Nation players Brett Bernard and Sheldon Sappier were part of the winning effort. The team will now compete in the Atlantic championship in Gander, Newfoundland.
