Queerer than you think!

B2

Did you know that one Prof. J.B.S. Halbane once stated, "The universe is not only queerer than we think, but queerer than we ‘can' think." And, queerer than you think! From a U.S. Coast Guard official handout concerning The Bermuda Triangle - The combined forces of nature and the unpredictability of mankind outdo even the most farfetched science fiction many times each year. For me, it only had to happen once! Taberduker! Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar O. Mitchell, upon seeing earth from space commented, "the presence of divinity became almost palpable and I ‘knew' that life in the universe was not just an accident based on random processes."! Footnote: Must all ‘life' in the universe be in His image! Think about it! I'm reminded of the proverbial set of "unknown laws of physics"! Phenomenalism - or whatever! Mme. Petrova Blavatsky, co-founder of the Brotherhood of Luxor, the Theosopical Society - "Almost invariably, the more simple, the more silly, and the more gross the phenomenon, the more likely it is to succeed." John Dryden - "With how much ease believe we what we wish." I wonder, if such was the case when we "saw" the Hyperborean trio of "far northern people" in that whiteout far out on the fringe of the Tuktoyaktuk Penisula! Or, with what I "saw", or envisioned, that morning ... ! Believe me, it was queerer than I could think, and, queerer than you think! Shades of - ex nihilo nihil fit - nothing is created from nothing!

Arcanum Arcanorum

In the crepuscule of the day

Whilst the dampings of the dew

I was trapsing thru the dawning

When distractions yet were few,

My wanderings took me wayward

Where not oft I'd tend to go

Near Power Lines high up on steel

Toward a strange auratic glow,

Some "quelgue chose" some "bazarrerie"

Some vessel incomprehensive

Some manifest embodiment

That left me tense and pensive,

Something "nonexternalized"

Observed with consternation

An "otherworld actual"

Or, thaumaturgic conjuration,

It appeared - phlebotomic

Osmosing "vis vitalis" from the lines

And I, I watched in terror

Life and death dealt ‘mong the pines,

A rabbit's sheer audacity

Eviserated on the spot

By an actinic enervate ribbon

A capricious sharp-ray shot,

The "field" that they were garnering

Somehow directed in some way

To a mucilaginous mixture

A sort of gelatation in a tray,

It acted as a liquefacient

To the glyceral-aster gruel

Transforming, by decoction

The glutination to a fuel,

A noxious lite effluvium

Enhaloed ‘bout the scene

Insubstantial, ethereal

Almost acting as a screen,

Through which heteromorphic figures

Would dematerialize - then reappear

Intangible - disincarnate

Incorporeal ... then clear,

With cryptographic utterances

Or, communicational nonesuch

And telepathic type transmissions

They seemed to never come to touch,

Cadaverous in appearance

With prismatic jaundiced eyes

A psenula enclothed them

In a fiendish, impish guise,

Their "transport" was translucent

Thus avoiding radar's plane

And "wheels-in-wheels" propelled it

By some "epicyclic circle train",

An eerie iridescence

Fulgurated all around

This "arcanum arcanorum"

Levitating ‘bove the ground,

I was doubting my lucidity

When I ‘mentally discovered'

That ‘all' was esoteric

Thus "offered" as it hovered,

And so, my mind relaxed - released

As the zooids encapsulated

Via a venue "porte cochere"

And, the whole thing elevated,

I theorized on this enigma

It was real - not transmundane

An anomaly of reason

A chilblain on the brain,

Now, the ‘all' of it, for sure left me

In an anagogic awe

In search of theological

For I know ... just what I saw!

And, you know, they might've killed me

But I changed their point of view

When I revealed subliminally

That ... I was once an alien too!

Queerer than you think? Ecce signum - behold the sign! Eo ipso - by the very fact! The external female - Ewigweibliche! I could not come to any conclusion noetically - by logical reasoning! Thomas A. Edison, as did Hank Williams, apparently saw the light (No pun intended!), for he supposedly said, "There has always been a certain amount of life on this world and there will always be the same amount. You cannot create life; you cannot destroy life; you cannot multiply life. You - meaning us paltry hoard of humans! He also postulated, "I don't claim that our personalities pass on to another existence or sphere. I don't know anything ... For that matter, no human being knows." An inconsistent truth ?!!!? If not you, who? If not now, when? Who am I? What is reality? Like Edison, I readily admit that, "I don't know anything ... let alone elsewhere and/or elsewhen!" Arcanum arcanorum - Secret of secrets! Exeunt omnes - they all exit! And I also!
