The Summer Reading Club is designed to encourage children to read over the summer holidays. When they register, participants receive a reading logbook in which they can write down the titles of the books they read during the summer. They also receive a certificate of achievement at the end of the summer and they will have a chance to participate in various draws for prizes. Activities for Wednesday, July 16 will include stories, painting tulips and a special bubble photo shoot and a snack; for the older group on Thursday, July 10 we will be making a bubble blower and playing games.

The library will be offering basic computer instruction for any interested adults during the summer. Contact the library for more information.
